For this, the Ministry of Communities and Kthim will invest even 8m euros in housing construction for Serbs in 11 different municipalities.

While many communities -- Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian -- live under difficult conditions, many collective houses and buildings have been built for years, reports KTV.

Four thousand displaced Kosovo Serbs want to return, they declare at the Ministry of Communities and Kthim.

But, according to representatives of communities, Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian, this division of the means is discriminated against.

MP Veton Berisha from the Egyptian Liberal Party says this minister is favouring only the Serb community.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Management, according to him, has shared tools for community social cases, Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian.

Even Danush Ademi of the Party 6 plus has said that the Ministry of Communities and Kthim is discriminated against other communities, giving priority only to the Serb.

The Kosovo government, long ago had approved “Rule to return displaced persons”.

This regulation aims to create necessary conditions for the permanent care of displaced persons, as well as the involvement of other relevant authorities in decision-making.

According to UNHCR data in Kosovo, from 2000 to February 2019, the total number of voluntary returnees is 11 thousand and 959.

During this year, 59 houses have been built for members of the Serb community.
