I'm not touching anything. Except a few paintings I've done. We're not spending, Haradinaj said.
Asked whether it will open the papers of past governments' spending, Haradinaj said it will happen very soon.
The prime minister has also commented on a recent statement by Edi Rama, where Kosovo politicians had called them ʹgomar.
