Based on an official document, 1211 employees of the Government are currently located in rented facilities. The annual cost for this rent is 1,675,200 euros. But after the shift of several institutions this year, it is pre-emptive to deploy another 1350 officials.
So, during 2019..., the total number of officials to be accommodated is about 26,000x1>, says the document. In view of the actual cost we pay for rent and even the additional cost here, then the annual cost to rent is about 3,500,000 euros. The additional cost of maintenance and municipal expenses in this case should also be considered, and according to analysis, some 40 percent of the annual rent”.
Based on this analysis, along with an annual rent of 3.5m euros to 26,000 officials, another onem euros is the cost of additional expenditures, including maintenance and municipal spending. Therefore, the annual cost to officials who do not occupy government buildings amounts to 4.5m euros.
