The 30-year-old, with the initials L.A., passed away immediately as a result of the failure to cope with the injuries sustained by the car hit. And 23-year-old F.R. passed away a few days later.
Kosovo police had managed to arrest car driver FALSE, Fight Moses, 20.
The 20-year-old was sentenced today by the Constitutional Court in Pristina to 3 years and 6 months in prison.
Family members of the victim, L.A., have said that this sentence is scandalous.
“Fighting Musaj, who printed two girls by car and both passed away, has been sentenced to only 3 years in prison for six months. The decision in question is scandalous for us family members”, a family member said.
Family members have expressed rebellion with the decision in question after the end of the court hearing. /Indesksonline/
