New details of injury in “Sami Frasher”

The Constitutional Court in Pristina on Thursday, following the re-qualification of criminal activity by “the attempted grave murder of”, to “heavy bodily weapons”, the accused, Adurim Krasniqi, has sentenced him to 3 years in effective prison, while for non-licitation of one year imprisonment.

The prosecution in this case has been declared after the court, led by Lutfi Shala, has re-qualified the criminal act from serious murder to attempted serious bodily injury.

The request for re-qualification of the criminal act had been made by the defender of the accused Krasniqi, lawyer Florent Latifaj, at the March 25th session of this year, where the final word was issued.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, on December 11th 2018, had compiled the indictment against indictees Adorim Krasniqi because of criminal acts “serious suicide in the attempted”, “ownership, control or unauthorised possession of weapons”, and “extermination or damage to property”, as well as to accused Fatba Abazi, due to the criminal act “grave murder in the attempted”
