Even the Democracy Plus organization has done a research on the issue.
Agon Hysa from this organisation has said they have realised contracting authorities do not properly foresee workers' rights.
Some workers who work as insurance have refused to talk to the camera but have admitted to working for up to 16 hours a day.
Democracy Plus in this regard recommends to economic operators and Procureing Organisations to take into account the Labour Law.
But OSHP chairman Blerim Dina has said the Procurement Law is among the best in Europe, but depends on how contractors interpret it.
