In an interview in RTK, he has stressed that the investigations were launched before the parliamentary Commission was formed in the case.
We have so far considered these 32 violations found by the Parliament Commission, but we have taken concrete investigative actions. We've heard some witnesses, we've heard some suspects coming from security institutions, but we've also got recordings that were made during the deportation of six Turkish citizens. We've asked the AKI to provide us with more information regarding the assessment that those in question have endangered national security in Kosovo”, Lumez said.
He has acknowledged the fact that how the chief state prosecutor has not been informed of the case and that he received the first information from the American Embassy.
I wasn't informed during this action. I got the first information from the American Embassy who called me on the phone and asked for an explanation of who expelled the gylenists from the Republic of Kosovo. As the chief state prosecutor, I have had no information about the procedures to expel gilensists from the Republic of Kosovo”.
According to him in this case, the rights of Turkish citizens have been violated after authorities ruled the expulsion without considering their complaints by judicial organs.
