In the village of Sequisht of this municipality, the KSF will clear over 45 thousand square metres of land.
The KSF has been clearing more than 2 million square metres since 2010, as well as destroying 2,177 different undocumented explosive devices, while EOD teams have infiltrated 2,166 cases and detoxified 3,150 different explosive devices.
But no cleared areas remain at 44.
After the war in Kosovo, 117 people have lost their lives from mines, while more than 500 people have remained.
