Minister Zivic expressed her gratitude for the parties' commitment to this process and at the same time offered moral and institutional support for support in the work of this project.
“Such projects, through which development of the agriculture sector is targeted, are welcome and we are in favour of any project through which we will benefit our sector and farmers”, the minister quoted Zivic.
For his part, Alojz Kracun, mediator between the SID and the Government of Kosovo -- namely, the MBPZHR -- said the project would help deepen co-operation between the two countries in the best interests of the agriculture sector.
This project envisions providing concrete financial support to the surveyed 200m-euro sectors and taking into account that such large projects are realised through agreements between the two different countries, then proposed to form a government inter-ministerial commission with field experts, which will analyse this project, which will be supported 85% by SID Bank and % will be the participation of the Kosovo Government.
