Thunberg, 16, began a protest alone in Sweden in August, but since then she has inspired students and students worldwide.
The Youth Strike for Klima invites students to boycott learning every Friday and protest climate change, broadcast csp.
Norwegian Socialist MP Freddy Andre Ovstegard said Thunberg's move is a major contribution to peace. “We have nominated Greta Thundberg because if we don't do anything about climate change, this will become the cause of war, conflict and refugees”, he said.
Through Twitter, Greta expressed gratitude for her nomination. I am very honored and grateful for this nomination. Tomorrow we will boycott the lesson for our future. And we're going to keep doing this until there's a need for”, she wrote.
The learning boycott, unlike strikes or protests for climate change, is expected to occur in 1,659 cities in 105 different countries of the world, including hundreds of thousands of students and students.
