Although the visit to the hospital came true after this scandal, fellow Christians Veselin and Ismaili have not spoken about it at all but have praised the health person for the increase in wages.
A media report says that at the entrance of Prizren Hospital, Chief Prime Minister Wessel was banned from a parent who had operated the child in the hospital the previous day, while expressing high considerations for health personnel who had offered him dignified treatment during the child's treatment.
Following a visit to several departments where he met with health personnel and patients, Chief Prime Minister Veselin discussed with officials at Prizren Hospital, who thanked him for the increase in wages and for reforms in Kosovo health.
Wessel said this visit is being made to congratulate health workers for the wage law and to witness to them and all citizens that health is a priority of Kosovo institutions in the New Decade.
The “will now only open over 100 free facilities for medical specialists, because we have assured all that there will be no unemployed specialists in Kosovo. We will work hard to make people's lives better and create living conditions in Kosovo. We've achieved a little success because we're still far from right. We will be guided to improve the working conditions, for you and for patients, because we have an obligation and we will do that”, Chief Prime Minister Wessel stressed.
Health Minister Uran Ismaili said that now with the Law of Pay doctors have dignified wages, while now the focus will be on improving conditions in the health system, so that patients can receive adequate service.
Ismaili said the health service has worked hard, but institutional care, according to him, has not been at the level this staff deserves.
The objective is for our doctors not to migrate abroad, but to contribute to their country. By helping health workers stop migration, we serve the Kosovo patient. Even this year, we will announce positions for our doctors, and we will try to make sure that patients are satisfied with services offered”, Ismaili said, while thanking Mayor Kadri Wessel for his continued support for the health sector.
