Veliaj says he feels good where he hears positive news about Kosovo and that he has a special connection with it.
Here's the full blessing:
I am so happy that it reminds me of my time when I lived in Kosovo, 1999/2,000, was the place where I turned 20 years, I remember many stories, lots of friendships, lots of beautiful places and extraordinary people. I feel good every time I hear something positive about Kosovo, like someone who feels about his brother when he arrives, when he completes a test, when he starts a good job and always gets my ears drunk when I hear that Kosovo has achieved something, that a Kosovo personality like I want Lipa has won a prize or athletes have won a medal, it's a great joy to see him grow up and succeed. So today was an opportunity to remember what it was like not only this time, these 11 years, but the entire effort to get here. Sometimes the precious things we don't appreciate as much as we take them for granted, but if they've always been like this, it's been worked out, some people have given their lives, some people have given me energy, talent, even today I'm very proud of Kosovo and I feel that I have a part of me there, for the time I've spent, but also for the friendships that have been born there.
