Students today return to school after 3 weeks of strike

After three weeks of strike, education workers will return to work on Monday. This, since on Friday the United Education, Science and Culture Union (SBASHK) gave up the strike after reaching an agreement with government coalition leaders, writes today “Koha Ditore”. Although the union demanded that [the] workers' cofficients in the draft pay bill...
Although the union required that the education workers ' cofficiency bill raise by 30 percent in pay bills, with the latest arrangement, the increase is about 20 percent.
The SBASK chairman, Nundman Jasharaj, has said education workers have welcomed that MPs voted the bill with the proposed changes to the agreement, and that is why Monday the education process will be launched.
However, Jasharaj has said he does not know whether to replace the hours lost during the 15 days of the strike. This is because, according to him, the Union has left it up to the teachers to decide on whether to compensate for the hours.
