According to a report by Haradinaj on Facebook on February 22nd 2019, Sandesara, who had business with justice, is interested in investing in the tourism and agriculture sector in Kosovo.
From “representative The Sandasera Group” from Nigeria, Cheetan Sandesara, was announced for the interest in investing in the tourism and agriculture sector in collaboration with their American branch. However Periscope found that in September last year, Chetan Sandesera and his brother Nitin Sandesara were accused of fraud of a consortium of banks for more than 5 thousand crores.

In June, the law force's directive had confiscated a total of 40,000 of the 700 crores of Sterling Biotech Limited, while investigating the money laundering case.
During these investigations, arrest warrants were issued for many, including Nitin Sandasran.
It is also taught that the extradition order from Nigeria and later Italy to India had been issued and avoided calls for the launch of investigations.
Brothers Sandesera have led a large number of companies, starting in the 1980s with one tea. The biggest profits were from oil and gas exploration in Nigeria.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj constantly invites foreign investors to open their businesses in our country, saying Kosovo is the right address and creates good conditions.
Kosovo is the right address for foreign investors. The government has been constantly working to create the best conditions for direct investment. Now with the new law and progress made in many areas, a good climate for successful and sustainable economic partnership with serious investors” has been created, Haradinaj has recently said.
During 2018, foreign investments had seen a sharp decline. In the first five months of last year alone, there had been a decline of nothing less than 34 percent. Awareers of economic issues have said the decline in economic investments has occurred due to the country's political instability and due to the impasses in realising major projects./ P ERISCOPI/
