From Palau's food to Komoro's kitchen, Vukojevic serves food from countries that do not recognise Kosovo or have not revoted recognition, such as the small Micronesian island in the Western Pacific.
The previous menus have seen Madagaskan chicken, Laotion pig's neck, and Lesota chicken kebab served for lunch.
Restaurant owner Vojin Qucic said these menus opened in August 2017.
“We have made dishes from 65 countries since then, of which 13 received special preference on the list, because they withdrew the recognition of Kosovo”.
As Kosovo celebrates its 2008 declaration of independence on February 17th, Serbian local “Korcagin” is serving dishes from countries that do not recognise Kosovo, reports Inseder.
Kosovo's vision is recognised by more than 100 countries, but not by Serbia, which won the war from it in 1999.
Last year, Kosovo has imposed a 100 per cent tax on Serbian goods until Belgrade recognises the state of Kosovo and prevents the obstruction it made for Kosovo's membership in inter-national organisations.
Serbia has said that the tax Kosovo has imposed has cost its businesses much and will not participate in dialogue until it is removed.
