Osmani Haradinaj: Keep the tax and keep the reports with the United States

Democratic League of Kosovo MP Vjosa Osmani has said it is the responsibility of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to keep the tax, as he has decided and pledged to keep it, but at the same time, to keep reports with the United States. In the week interview in Time.net, when there is [...]
In the week's interview in Koha.net, when it spoke of the tax and the confrontation that the tax has caused between partners in the ruling coalition, Osmani said such a situation has been predictable, given what a measure has been imposed, and without discussion with the opposition.
The prime minister has promised to keep the decision on this tax, and now he has to keep it, but at the same time should be willing to argue in front of our friends how important the tax is, not only in relation to Serbia, but also to others. But it does not allow reports with the US to be destroyed, because the tax can be maintained, but Kosovo cannot keep its path to major challenges in relation to Serbia, alone. I can't walk this road without the United States on its side. We have succeeded only when the U.S. has supported us”, Osmani said.
Osmani has proposed that the prime minister should sit down with the US and draft a package of measures that are required by Serbia and which ultimately result in recognition as kind of preparation for gradual suspension of the tax.
The prime minister imposed this tax without consulting us as the opposition, so the final decision belongs to him. But we insist that no reports with the US be ignored, because then the ignoring that will be for Kosovo in the international context will be too large”, said MEP Osmani.
Osmani said that following the failure in Interpol, in order to cover up the current government's failures, taxes were imposed, as it has called the post euphoric and non-analysis decision.
She has said the LDK supports reciprocity measures in relation to Serbia, but for such decisions, which have implications even in relation to Kosovo's friends, we need to be unified by all parties.
The prime minister is obliged not only to keep the tax as promised by Serbia to recognise it, but at the same time not to allow an even greater damage to Kosovo. Keep the tax and friendship with the US”, he said.
