August's decision has been called unilateral, and as such they have said they do not know it.
The one-sided decision, contrary to the Law on Strikes and the Kolektive Education Count in Kosovo. SBASK does not recognise as legal the decision of Minister Shykqi as well as the replacement of hours lost during the strike of educational workers by the fact that this decision is unilateral and without even a preliminary consultation with SBASK, much more so when we met with Minister Bytyqi yesterday, in the presence of the World International Education Director for the Europe Region, and nothing has been said about this matter”, it is said in their announcement.
The SBASK has warned of indictment of the verdict in question and has called on the DKA not to comply with that decision until a court ruling is issued.
“The SBASK, to be published on the August official page, will file charges in court against this decision, which conflicts with the Law on Strikes and the Co-operative Education Treaty in Kosovo, calling for the court's provisional measure, for the provisional suspension of this decision until the final review and merit decision of court”, is said in the SBASK communiqué. /Periscopi/
