The negotiating team has arrived in the Kosovo Assembly to hand over Chief Parliamentary Kadri Veselin the platform for dialogue with Serbia.
Draft-platform drafted by the Kosovo delegation says Kosovo's sovereignty is indisputable.
This platform defines the official principles and position of the Republic of Kosovo in the dialogue process.
It is aimed at reaching the broad political and social consensus in the dialogue process with Serbia.
This draft document says that the main goal of the Republic of Kosovo is to ensure clear recognition and acceptance of Kosovo's sovereignty as an independent state, with legally binding pledges.
Further, it is said that the final, comprehensive and legally binding agreement should be clear and nonsensible.
“Experience shows that the approach of constructive two understanding has resulted in the asymmetric implementation of the agreements reached so far”.
Any final agreement should be fully in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, which envisions that the Republic of Kosovo's defunctness and territorial integrity is incompatible, irresistable and inseparable, and is protected by all means defined with this Constitution and by law<1>.
