The Ministry of Trade and Industry has made it known through a communique that the warned opening of the stripper in downtown Pristina is not the exact address as reported in the media.
According to the MTI, the address of “Club Eagle” is in Gracanica, as recorded in ARBK.
“CLUB STRIPPT” The S.P.K. registered at the ARBK is Gracanica, and there is no other entity-deg at any other location registered within the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. In this direction, the MTI will take all legal actions necessary to verify whether there is any branch-entity other than the one registered at ARBK. MTI, in co-operation with other competent institutions, will take all legal actions to address this matter”, the MTI explains.

Referring to a television chronice “Strypitz in downtown Pristina”, dated 13,02.2019, through this media communiqué, we explain that: The Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Agency for Registering Business in Kosovo (ARBK) respectively, has in its legal mandate only to register the activities of all commercial societies that exercise business activities in the Republic of Kosovo. The ARB census, there are formal-administration characters and this does not preach the exercise of any activity for which special license is required.
“CLUB STRIPPT” S.P.K. has recorded business activity near ARBK, based on codes defined in NACE. NCE “Statisticallassification of economic activities in the European Union” is a legal subject (legal basis) at the level of the European Union, which tasks the use of the rankings of all EU member states. With legislation in effect, it is the municipal authorities who give consent to the development of business activities on the part of commercial societies.
