The Foundation Court in Gjilan through a media communique has indicated it has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure to minor F. V.
The minor allegedly sexually exploited the minor under the age of 16.
With these minor action F. V., has committed the sexual abuse of persons under the age of 16, from Article 235 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK)”, said in communiqué.
