Condition 2: Paying Law
Thanks to the Social Democrat Party, Kosovo for the first time is becoming the Law for the Salaries.
From now on, no politician will be able to campaign electoral with salary increases.
No politician can raise his own salary.
As very high salaries, such as that of the prime minister and president, have decreased, salaries in other public sectors have increased.
This is just the beginning of our commitment to eliminating inequality across salaries in the public sector. Our next battle which will be our top priority is fighting for workers' rights in the private sector.
We're going to insist that the minimum wage currently stands at 130, raising it to 239. Also, increasing the number of job inspectors should happen as soon as possible.
The Law on Salaries was one of our 5 conditions towards the Government for the budget vote.
