Through an official announcement on his website, The AKEP suggests that the instruction of mobile phone operators to cut off phone services in several Tirana areas has been made at the request of the General Directorate of State Police.
Everything is done in order to take measures to implement the obligations involved in protecting the country's interests and public safety. The blackout will take place from 11: 00 p.m. to 4: 00 p.m. on February 21.
