His file has already been forwarded to Vlora's first-instance court since January 8th, 2018, while the next session, expected to be held at the beginning of March, writes tch.
Everything has been followed so far by prosecutor Saimir Smaka, who is also the prosecutor of the case, while confirming that the file has already been passed to the First Clair Court of Vlora.
It is learned that in question, there will be no short trial for suspects, which no longer is predicted in the law, altered in code from 2017, in cases of committing crimes.
For this event, the law envisions the sentence of no less than 35 years in prison until life imprisonment.
Currently, the investigation has been closed, while this confirms the fact that the file has already been passed on to the court, while Rictvan Zykaj has been sought life in prison. He allegedly killed eight people, including two minors in Selenica, on August 10th of 2018, while the victims were relatives of the author.
