Learning how much money Tito's residence was sold in Tokyo

The Serbian newspaper “Vecernje innovationos” suggests that the contract for trading of the embassy of the previous SFRJ residence in Tokyo, at a total of 14.7m euros, is signed on January 31st.
Tokyo's property has 1,726 square feet [1,738 sq m] and span the area of 938 square feet [938 sq m].
According to the newspaper, Serbia of this amount belongs to 39.5 per cent, according to the secession agreement (in this agreement Kosovo is not included). Serbia has already received 3.5 million from residence in New York, while following the completion of invested maintenance means is expected to receive $3.2m.
The paper suggests that they are continuing to sell three remaining buildings in which Serbia's mission to the UN is currently located, and embassies in Bern and Bonn.
The three objects are said to have concrete offers.
