KSF part of field exercise „W INT ER EXERCISE 19“in Turkey

In Turkey's town of Kars, international field exercise has begun „Um... INT ER EXERCISE 19“ (USHTRIMI DIMËROR) in which the 13-nation representatives are participating.

The „winter exercise 19“aims to test combat capabilities under winter conditions (bors of up to 50cm thick and temperatures up to 20 degrees Celsius), as well as strengthening interoperability in joint operational environments.

The KSF is participating in a container of seven members of the ranking; officers and sub-stuff officers. The KSF contingent has reached its date; February 06th, 2019, and joined the 14th Mechanised Brigade of the Turkish Army in various tasks, such as staff officers/unset officers, etc.

The commander of the KSF contingent, Major Albert Red, said that; „All officers and KSF deputy officers are at the level of office showing professionalism during the implementation of this joint operational exercise.

The goal of participating in the KSF is for our members to train and develop the skills of planning and execution of exercises, which included; actual shots from the combined weapons of different calibres in a conventional military operation, as well as these experiences to apply in our country under similar conditions and environments“, the major Red added.

Password „W INT The ER EXERCISE 19“will be completed on February 22, 2019.
