KMDLNj, though it says it is unfair to put pressure on Kosovo Police, Prosecutor and the Court that is dealing with this case.
Though he always says he's on the victim's side, KMDLNj considers rights and suspects should be protected for a fair, impartial, and politically undicted judgment.
There is no doubt about the KMDLNj that we are dealing with serious human rights violations, but this does not mean the right, the KMDLNj or anyone else to pressure the Kosovo Police, the Prosecutor and the relevant Court, thereby interfering with the procedure under way against suspects. Human rights organisations are always on the side of the victims, but also protect the suspects' right to a fair, impartial and politically uncontained judgment that is guaranteed by the laws in power in Kosovo and with all international human rights documents”, it is said in response.
KMDLNj has also criticised yesterday's protest, even though it says it has joined.
“For this occasion, in Pristina, a protest was organised on February 7th in support of the victim, where even KMDLNj participated but, despite the good intentions, the protests escaped with the possibility of a public lynching where death was required for suspects, hanging public where, although the judicial principle does not recognise collective responsibility but whether in every country the world the responsibility is individual, required by Kosovo police to comply with the demands of protesters, demanded collective responsibility, sought out the heads and targeted by making efforts to take justice in the hands of individuals, and by striving for the authority of the Kosovo Police, the POCHOCHOCHCHCHL, KCHOCHCHL, The PHRCHCHCHCHOCHCHCHL, The PHRCHOCHCHNCHCHCHCHL, The PHRCHCHNL, notes
KMLDNj says even calling the extraordinary session in question is manipulation of political parties.
“Calling off extraordinary sessions for specific situations where uninstalled resolutions have been adopted and which have had life expectancy until the first reaction of internationals scatters the manipulation of political parties, through MPs (no difference), for exclusive purposes of pipolitical benefits. The MP's call for stiff sentences, life in prison, as well as the call of extraordinary hearings or the summoning of police, prosecution, courts, relevant ministers, without an investigation, and without a court verdict it is pressure and intervention in the procedure that police, prosecutors and the court, not MPs or politicians, say, among other things KMDLNj.
