Italian carabinieri structures, NAS (Santà dellarma's Antisaficazion) has first seized in Europe a new kind of drug, which is similar to synthetic heroin, but much more economic and killer.
According to news reports in Italy, only 20 grams [20 g] is enough to produce 20,000 doses, while even contact with skin provokes irritability and intolerance.
The new drug, reports Respublica, has a structure similar to the Fentanel pharmaceutical product but with far more devastating effects on the body. Drugs have entered Italy from outside via mail and its route has been traced through online pages.
Compared to this drug, heroin looks like fresh water, experts say.
Its molecular similarity to Fentanyl makes it difficult to identify while it's being called synthetic heroin because of similar psychotrope effects, but it's actually much more toxic.
This was also made clear by the fact that being hospitalized with doses of this drug did not respond to the treatment of heroin - used intolerance.
