As a doctor on International Law, Shala managed to select among 11 candidates who had applied for the assistant's two positions on this charter, for which she also entered a two-year working contract.
But, the selection has been rejected by its new chief, the dean of Jurydic, Haxhi Gashi, who in the Senate opposed this selection, KTV reported.
He claims that at the moment of the application, candidate Shala, had not no formalised doctorate.
Pos dekan, Shala's selection, has also opposed Triumf Sadikuj, who himself has competed for the position and claims Shala fails to meet the age criteria.
He is the brother of Juridic's dean's wife and the son of the PDK's candidate for deputy, Becir Sadij, who is also a professor in Jurydic.
His complaint collapsed on all stairs within the Juryd Faculty and the UP Senate.
Gashi himself has accepted family ties with Triff Sadikaj, but has said such a thing has not affected the opposition he has made to candidate Nita Shala's election.
Gashi has promised that he will answer extensively for this in writing, but then he has not done so and has not responded to telephone calls.
Nita Shala shows that by the time she applied, her doctoral diploma was in the nostation procedure.
Only the Labour Inspectorate gave Sadiki rights and praised him on the basis of his complaint.
Shala shows that the Inspectorate reviewed Sadiki's complaint by violating its procedures and out of time allowed for the exercise of complaint.
“Kohavision” has asked the Labour Inspectorate, but from there they said the decision was submitted to the second degree and would not be declared until a new decision on this issue.
Meanwhile, Shala to sign the contract with the UPI resigned from the position of adviser to the Interior Ministry in Albania.
Shala, too, has worked at The Hague Criminal Tribunal in the former Yugoslavia.
