The Social Democrat Party has argued the government's budget vote, considering all their demands against the government have been met.
At a media conference, the deputy from the ranks of this party, Shqipe Pantina, has said that as soon as the government law is voted, the number of deputy ministers will be reduced.
The further “, until March, Government is obliged to bring the law to the government. With this law, besides other arrangements to be made, large number of deputy ministers will be reduced. So eighty, or more, deputy ministers who are currently in government and the exact number we don't know. So it's not going to be dedicated anymore, and we've reduced this misuse of public money. The wage law will come into force after 9 months, the number of deputy ministers will be reduced before the wage law's entry”, said the Pantina MP.
Majorly achieved, MP Pantina also considered the law for dialogue, where no one can go and take over on behalf of Kosovo from now on. According to her, communication between the state dialogue team and other institutions will be sanctioned and regulated by law.
The dialogue law is intended to put into order the process of participation in dialogue, but decision-making, meaning that each institution -- and above all the state team -- will have the main responsibilities. Communication between the state dialogue team and other institutions will be sanctioned and regulated by law. It is no longer possible for each host of the institutions, which he will be, to go to the top, to discuss and, above all, make any decisions on behalf of the state of Kosovo”, Pantina said.
Among other things, PSD deputy Shqipe Pantina spoke also of voting state administration laws, the law on public officials and those for salaries.
She stressed that their adoption ends the chaos that has existed in the public sector and removes the hands of political parties from an instrument that has been exploited and abused in election processes.
These laws have been circulated in the government for three years without prosecution in the Assembly. Without our persistence and condition, there would be a similar time and no approval. Although these three laws are the law for state administration, the law for public officials and the law on salaries are no longer the best possible. We have remarks on their content with particular emphasis on the law on wages. However, we consider that their approval ends the chaos that existed in the public sector. This takes them away, especially the ruling parties, an instrument they have consistently abused and abused in the election campaign, which is to raise salaries in the public sector. Furthermore, through these laws in Kosovo, order, transparency and clear wage hierarchy in the public sector”, Pantina said.
Among other things, Pantina said it is meaningless that all pressure comes on Kosovo, as Serbia is continuing and further sets conditions to dictate in the dialogue process
