Document where Rugova swore to Kosovo borders

Today's statements by President Hashim Thaci that for the idea of correcting the borders, he has first heard from former President Ibrahim Rugova, from the former head of the Parliament, Nexhat Daci, and then from Lufty Haziri, has prompted harsh reactions of the Democratic League of Kosovo.

Initially, the head of the Parliamentary Group, Avdullah Hoti, who has said Thaci cannot use Ibrahim Rugova to legitimise his ideas for partitioning Kosovo.

After Hoti has also reacted to LDK deputy Vjosa Osmani, who has brought a document that sees how Ibrahim Rugova was sworn in on the presidential election case.

According to Osmani, those who wish to partition Kosovo cannot find support in Ibrahim Rugova's ideas and actions.

“Here is how President Rugova was sworn in to protect Kosovo's territorial integrity. The perpetrators of Kosovo's fragmentation, when they contest our citizenship with their actions, cannot find support either in the ideas or in the actions of the sovereign state architect of the Republic of Kosovo”, Osmani has said.
