But they have held positions based on the University Steering Council order, which had determined that the dean could only be an assistant professor.
Maintaining position despite being dismissed once presents no problem for Professor Halit Shabani.
At the University Rectorate, they reason with a lack of quadros.
According to them, professors were selected from faculty councils and will continue to hold their position until new elections, expected in 2021.
Projector Ibis Mazrek said deans were selected in regular procedure.
He has said that the regulation that determined that the dean should be associate professor has since been abolished, as there is a shortage of quadrods at the university.
KTV has tried talking to other professors who have these positions, Necdet Shala and Adem Dresey, but they have not been ready for the declaration.
