Asidems in Mitrovica seek salaries for seven months

On Tuesday, at the Foundation Court of Mitrovica, the management of evidence has been made, as well as the opening and final word on the civil issue for pay compensation, which plaintiff Behram Haliti is claiming not paid by the Education Directorate in the Mitrovica municipality.

The plaintiff Behram Haliti, is seeking pay compensation for seven months and eleven days after he had worked in the position of Solfejos class teacher, who is in place at the music school, “Tefta Tasko” in Mitrovica, in length of September 4th 2017, until April 15, 2018.

In the opening address, the plaintiff's authorised lawyer, Berat Peci, has said they remain on the whole with the indictment and the prosecution, adding that they make exacting the requirement, so that as far as the price of the previous contract is concerned, which has been worth 405 euros, as he said, a mistake has been made during the contract's drafting so that the exact price of the payment must be 220 euros.

Lawyer Peci has also measured the value for this compensation, which, he said, for seven months and eleven days is 1,600.00 euros, proposing to the court to approve as based.
Meanwhile, the indictee's representative, the public lawyer, Avdi Muzliwakayaj, in his opening remarks has said he opposed the indictment and the initial indictment, to which he was also with great remarks, but with the precision of the indictment on the side of the prosecution, it has been clarified that the plaintiff worked by contract on the indictee, and that his salary should be named as in the indictment's proposal during the hearing, as a secondary salary.
