The Albanian opposition warns major protest: The attack will be 360 degrees

The opposition's stance is expected to radicalise following the March 16th national protest, historic allies confirmed.

“These will be discussed after 16. Be assured the opposition attack will be 360 degrees. In all institutions, throughout social, political and international space. We'll determine that after March 16th, when there's a big protest of”, Dassamir Shehi said.

While Fatmir Mediu said the opposition should do anything that will lead Albania on constitutional and European tracks.

But European and American partners in the bloc have rejected the burning of opposition mandates. For this, Shehi said: “We judge that the internationals have taken their position -- traditional, classic -- that here before democracy is put on stability. We understand them. But we judge that from today's position of the Democrats, unlike the one that was three months ago, there is a huge advantage. Tirana is expected to have the main burden for Thursday's protest before Parliament. For this reason, Democrat leader Lulzim Basha, along with the allies, gathered the capital's local leaders. /tch/
