AKP board of directors held

The Board of Directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency held its regular meeting, where it discussed and made important decisions on the privatisation and liquidation process of social companies in line with its legal mandate.

During this management meeting, the Agency's Board of Directors reported on the activities of the Agency, decisions were already reviewed and decisions were made concerning several companies in liquidation. In this context, the Board reviewed and approved some of the properties of social companies, while in terms of recent public opinion-showing concerns concerning a space rental at the Grand Hotel, which was announced in open tender and that the winner had been declared a physical person at the highest price offered, but that he failed to secure. The AKP about the activities I will exercise, the Board of Directors, with demand and recommendation of management, decided to cancel this lease contract in order to prevent such activities that bring concern to citizens and public opinion.

The board also reviewed the Commission's recommendation reports on handling specific assets, as well as final reports on handling assets through direct negotiation, with some of the reports presented concerning these cases.

The board discussed other issues involving social companies that are under the management of the Agency with the aim of boosting AKP's commitments and efficiency.
