Although he and his ministry have sometimes denied such a thing, saying that the working deadline is December 31st 2018 and that they will look at the possibilities of penalizing for delay in the work, this is denied in annexes and contracts, Koha Ditore writes today.
The Democratic Institute of Kosovo has found that in the semi-complianced annexate with the number 02/8457 and signed by the parties the Government's obligations for the 53 million highway to the “Pristina-Eater of Elez”.
In this annex, except for 53 million, MI has agreed to extend the deadline for implementation of the basic contract by June 1, 2019, additional time is given to “Bechtel& respectively. Enkas” for implementation of work on this highway.
That's what he's got to do with Article 9 of this annex, which has also had access to newspapers.
