The defendant allegedly committed seven thefts, in various dates and locations, and according to statements of injuries, the material damage amounts to 120 (one hundredths) euros, and the things the same suspect stole are 5 bicycles, a Laptop and two first athletes.
The trial judge of the Constitutional Court in Gjakova has approved the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, and has assigned the suspects the amount of detention for a month.
