The powerful 6.9 - magnitude quake struck Mindanao in the Philippines on Sunday, broadcasting Telegrafi.
Matanao Mayor of the southern Philippines Vincent Fernandez said a local radio that the girl passed away after a wall fell over her during the earthquake.
While the other three changed their lives after a super market collapsed in the town of Padada, as dozens of others remained in ruins.
At least 24 people in Padada have been successfully evacuated and rescue search operations are still under way.
