The government “Haradinaj” following the resignation has made a series of decisions that are being contested legally.
The two potential parties for the creation of the new government, the LDK's LVV, are declaring that all decisions that have been made in and out of the government's mandate, which Ramush Haradinaj has led, will be reviewed once again and addressed to the investigative organs, writes the newspaper “Zri”.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and his cabinet have not stopped making decisions even after his resignation from the post of government chief.
Starting with the appointments of leaders of public institutions, universities, and public enterprises, appointments were made in diplomatic posts and the Kosovar Intelligence Agency, despite the government's lack of full competence for appointment at these positions, which was accused of being political.
However, these decisions are expected to be challenged by the future government.
The Vetevendosje movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo, which are trying to create the new government, are declaring that all decisions made by the government “Haradinaj” will be considered one for one, and any decisions that turn out to be illegal will be addressed to the Prosecutor.
That it should do so is also stating connoisseurs of judicial affairs, who stress that under the Kosovo Constitution, the government is considered a decline if the prime minister resigns or for other reasons his position remains at large.
