At the start of the study, at least nine hours of sleep increased by 23 %s to the risk of paralysis than those who sleep less than eight hours.
The possibility of paralysis has increased by 25 %s to those who sleep more than 90 minutes a day compared with those who sleep at most an hour or do not sleep at all during the day.
The study found that people who sleep long hours at night while sleeping long hours have a risk of 85 for paralysis.
During the study, participants have been followed six years in which 1,557 have been paralyzed.
Researchers estimate that sleep or long naps cause unwanted changes in cholesterol levels, as well as an expansion of waist and long sleep, is an indication of a life without movement that increases the risk of paralysis.
