The Court of Appeals has yet to accept complaints about the former minister's case, Ivan Todosijevic.

The complaining side and the prosecutor have yet to file complaints at the Court of Appeals, and in case of such a complaint, the special department takes a month to a month and a half to make the decision.

In a proposal for EO, the chairman of the Appeals Court, Hasan Shala, has estimated that this case has been tried very quickly.

Shala said that whenever such a complaint is submitted to the Court, they are willing to convey those complaints.

I don't have any information that's arrived because it seems very fast to me that the case has been tried and that if complaints are received we're willing to convey all those complaints”.

I'm sure that's special department class, and that for this matter the special department doesn't have much, and I believe that even when it comes, it's going to be considered in a fast-term”.

I believe that when you get to this department because there are very few subjects, I don't think it can last more than a month or a month and a half, Shala said.

Former Minister of Administration and Power Local (MAPL) Ivan Todosijevic has been sentenced to two years in prison, after being convicted of statements he had made about Albanians and the Recak massacre.

In this regard, he was accused of criminal work “inciting hatred, division or national, racial, religious or ethnic patience”.

The indictment against him was announced by the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
