Rama: Anyone who violates the building permit is going to jail

During his speech to the National Committee of Reconstruction, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama warned that builders and architects who do not respect construction permits would end up in prison.

Similarly, Rama added that this has been his losing battle for several years, writes Top Channel, broadcasts Kosovo Clan.
