The decision applies to all residential areas such as roads, squares, markets, sidewalks, parks, and school yards, said the Prizren municipality's announcement.
In force, this decision has entered December 18th and will remain in force until January 15, 2020.
According to them, this ordinance will not apply only to December 31, 2019, from 23:00, until January 1, 2020, 1:30.
All persons who act contrary to this country will be punished by municipal inspectors.
