They stress that an earthquake like that November 26th in Albania would ruin many constructions, which have been done without criteria and without supervision over the past 20 years, the Voice newspaper writes.
Buildings built after the war in Kosovo are largely uncertain in cases of land shaking. The quake, which took place on November 26th in Albania, brought down many buildings and made many more uninhabitable. This was the exception of the weak and unrecovered construction there.
Better still, Kosovo, construction professors and architects in Kosovo claim that the constructions that have been done since the post-war in Kosovo are uncertain. They stress that the necessary building and monitoring criteria have not been applied, and even no inspections have been made by competent organs, even for existing buildings.
