At this meeting has been discussed and the situation in which the country is going through and on the basis of that, the Kosovo Police Union Steering Council has made a decision to be broadly expected in making the final decision by the Constitutional Court, given that Kosovo police as the law enforcement institution, the decisions of Kosovo courts do not interpret or discuss, but have asked the Constitutional Court to address the issue of the Law in the priorities.
Of the country's institutions, it has been required that all rights and obligations stemming from the Law of Salaries be implemented in a retroactive way by the date of its entry into force.
Also in this meeting, the decision has been made unanimously to hold meetings with the host of the country's institutions to meet the current demands of the Kosovo Police Union, which are health insurance, vital and accidental security, the Law on Retirement of Kosovo Police Members, the payment of a dignified night shift, and the payment of driver and transport for Kosovo police members.
