Citizens of Kosovo,
The president of State is carrying out DETYRATION WHO TES to consult the Political Party, to appoint the mandate to form the government. The president is not denying it, nor is he holding back, nor is he choosing the candidate for Prime Minister. Neither is he negotiating it nor is asking for an excuse for the candidate. The president is asking Albin Kurti and Vetevendosje, propose the candidate and form the government.
In the meantime, he is losing responsibility! You're not going to the meeting, you're not getting the warrant! On the other hand, he is playing the role of the Constitutional Court! He wants to examine the articles the President mentioned.
But, Mr. Kurt, I have to remind him of a sentence he said at the Dr. August 24, 2017, to correct his sentence:
Once we have elected the Speaker of the Parliament, we must write a letter to the president, so he can propose to the Parliament the candidate for prime minister according to Article 95 of the Constitution, point 1, respectively. ” (Dt session transcript. August 3 and 24, 2017, page. 58).
