Overwork is one of the greatest causes of discontent.
Overload can create problems you have never had before. Most of the problems or situations that we bring to mind are fear and concern, and they do not help us, even though we feel that by bypassing it, we are helping or defending ourselves in some way. What we're really doing is stealing this present right now.
Unic Portal gives you four ways to stop overloading your mind.
Stop thinking negatively
We have become a society that allows us to dominate negative thinking. By shifting your focus on what makes you happy, or what you're grateful for, you can start refreshing your mind to think more positively. As a result, you will begin to feel more peaceful and not pay as much attention to the negatives you perceive inside you and elsewhere. Remember, the energy flows where the attention goes you can stop thinking by creating a conscience behind your thoughts.
Say yourself soothing words
Pay attention to your brain at this moment... what kind of thoughts do you observe? More likely, you will notice that most of your dominant centers about what you need to do today, or what someone said made you angry, or even degrading, thoughts of yourself. Don't be bad, however; with so much negative about us, maintaining a consistent positive mentality is not always easy. However, they may actually oppose negative thoughts, causing stress, with simple, peaceful words. Every time you feel a nightmare, you put soothing words in your consciousness. Words carry much meaning and power, so use them to the advantage whenever you feel stressed out.
Live in the Present
Forget your homework tomorrow after work, or the bills you have to pay next week, or the uncertainty of your future that you haven't accomplished yet. When you get involved in such thoughts, you cause yourself a major internal disorder, even leading to anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and other serious problems. The greatest anxiety has been caused by the simplest fact that you live at a time different from what it is now.
By allowing yourself to adapt from one moment to the next, just as you did when you were a child. You will thus regain what it means to feel in true peace.
Walk Out of Nature
Nature is the perfect way to calm a busy mind. You can do this on weekends or at your lunch break in a nearby park. If you're really stressed out, think of a two-day break somewhere away in a beautiful place and away from everything. Anything you can do to strengthen your relationship with nature will bring many benefits to your mind and will help you remember that we create the greatest stress in our mind and body. We started out in a place of pure harmony and most of what we see around us is just an ongoing illusion. Remember, nature does not fight through life, nor should it. Do not be overly concerned with trivial issues of the material world, for you will not find peace in numbers or objects. Indeed, peace remains within your heart, and nature is your best friend.
