According to the court, the accused M.G. It has been convicted and pronounced a unique prison sentence for two long-term criminal acts of three years and two months, in which the sentence will be calculated for the past time in detention from June 05, 2018 to July 02, 2018.
The alleged “is tasked with paying the procedural expenses in the amount of twenty-five euros, the expenses of the judiciary in the amount of twenty-five euros, as well as the amount of fifty euros, on behalf of compensation of crime victims in the terms of fifteen days after the integrity of this act. After completing the trial review conducted against accused E.B., the court has concluded that according to the proven actual situation, the accused, on June 05th, 2018 in Gjakova, has deliberately attempted to deprive life of injury L.
