“The reconstruction programme dictates the opening of a special country even at the Council of Ministers' table, where a minister tasked exclusively with co-ordinating all local and international institutions related to this programme, to attend the implementation of the” programme hours and minutes, Rama said.

Meanwhile, President Ilir Meta reacted through his spokesman, Teddy Blushi, confirming the adoption of this candidacy.

“Not a second late for the decree of the new State Minister for Reconstruction”, Blushi said.
