LDK General Council member Adnan Merovci has said that the Vetevendosje Movement should be aware that winning elections would not necessarily be privileged in the quality and quantitative selection of the ruling <x0his”, while the VV and LDK together would help each other because the parial failure of the other touches the other.

He has written that the VV and LDK's governing programmes have harmonised in full. The division of ministries has been defined. The VV's prime minister and LDK's chief deputy is also a done deal.

According to him, up here as much as the quality divisions are made on the basis of trust and partnership. However, the LDK is deprived of governing competencies even though at first glance it appears to be equal.

VV and LDK: 1+1 = 3!

Life and activity in politics is fluidd as a living organism, moving, changing and metamorphone. It means that nothing should surprise political actors so that they can be taken by surprise or in preparation. However, in current circumstances in Kosovo things developed rapidly! Perhaps it is better to say the change occurred that is understood in public as: won the VV and LDK. That's what the electorate said. But the next necessary change must now take place by the VV and the LDK, which, in turn, has to be changed the up-to-date practices of outlooks for the ruling coalitions. The state is an abstract understanding without power. The State is a name, power is awesome! State is the goal, power is action! It must be ruled, but it needs good, proper, necessary, effective, power used, not misused! Now the state is called Kosovo, power is being claimed to be called VV with LDK. The state is like going three feet, which are: Legislative (Kunda), Executive (government) and Judiciary (Procurory and Court). There is also a state leg that is inevitable called Media. The three feet of the state (The Parliament, Government and Judiciary) are up from sovereign through elections. The elections produce results that are attributed to the four competing political subjects (party, Coalition, Civic Initiative and Independent Candidates). The winning subject in the election is the one who has won the most votes. The winner is obliged to constitutionally and legally establish institutions like: The vault and the government. All other subjects that have been competing in elections and have passed the election threshold, politically and nationwide, are obliged to respond to the winner's calls for eventual coalitions. So non-win subjects are on hold! At the first moment of the call from the subject that has won the elections they begin conversations, negotiations and eventually agreed or failed to be in power together. The winner of the election has the burden, the praise and the curse of failure or success of the governing coalic because it negotiates, it releases, it takes and delivers power to others, etc. Now return to current. Because the winning subject (VV) has warned ahead of the elections “the red subject” ( PAN, then, it challenges him to contact subjects with the newly available “via green” The LDK does not exclude non-Serb minorities. This reality is challenging for the VV because the LDK, although second in results and only a deputy less than the winner, is in a position of “komode” because there is no obligation to establish institutions. The VV's priority is the political quality and traditional statesmanagement of LDK because there is a serious and defined subject for statehood against the ruling VV. The LDK at no moment dares abuse this advantage it has over the winner. Otherwise, the VV should be aware that winning elections is not necessarily privileged in the quality and quantitative selection of the “his” governing. At least the less <x9hished> ” the harder it is to achieve “the governingrazia”. Being that way, salvation lies in applying democratic standards and principles, which in this case means: trust and partnership, and not distrust and rivalry! But respecting principles doesn't mean you don't break them when you have to because that's just how you strengthen them! The VV and LDK, with the compensation values they have, one plus one equals three (1+1=3), which means they live off the missing governing synergy so far. The VV and LDK together would help each other because each person's monetary failure affects the other, so it is not governed to flee the responsibilities but to take responsibility that is said in English: “to make things happen” (to make things happen). Never again have citizens been anxious to expect a different government, a government we need. Only trust and full partnership makes it meaningless - deals, interests, calculations, greed, etc., defects spoken in public. I return to the actual situation. The VV and LDK's governing programmes have harmonised in full. The division of ministries has been defined. Prime Minister VV and the LDK deputy is also done. This does not imply binding guarantees or condition because the LDK is aware that the coalition does not have the numbers needed to guarantee this position. I think with this division of powers there will be the necessary change and the state will work so badly. The power expected for our state this time is not the power of “sahones”, is the power of “stupcie of democracy” as Erudite called it. THE law - rule RUGOVA. In the end, this co-governance has a lot to do, it needs positive energy. The expectations of the citizens are great, we should encourage the young people who are taking place otherwise will be swept away by the wave of migration outside Kosovo and remain in our dead conscience and the lack of courage for functioning of the state we need as bread. All in the end, I am personally convinced that the co-government of trust and partnership between the VV and LDK will happen, and for that I am rational optimist.
