What if Kurt doesn't form Government in 15 days? What the Constitution Says

The constitution is a state's highest legal act. But besides that point, the Constitution has been the most vague and thrilling part that has crucially defined the course of political developments. Therefore, the Constitutional Court's judgments have been hosted with many dramas in the country. It was the summer of the distant year 2014. On June 8 [...]
It was the summer of the distant year 2014. On June 8th, general elections were held, while on June 10th the coalition that ruled out the first party was linked. The PDK, among the other four parliamentary parties. Called V LAN. But, for this coalition to be formalised and the new government formed, Haradinaj, also the prime minister's cause by that surname, needed the Constitutional Court to clarify the situation.
And, the constitutional party/coalialation that came first in the election makes it virtually a winner of the elections, giving it the ability to automatically have the right to propose Kosovo's Parliament Speaker, Periskopi follows. In that case, the PDK. In this case, Vetevendosje Movement.
Of course, since Vetevendosje will have the position of first government, it will be forced to propose an LDK candidate for chairman of the Parliament.
But the question that makes Periscope readers full is still of another nature: What if Albin Kurti fails to form Government within 15 days?
If Vetevendosje and LDK do not make arrangements for the new coalition government, then Mr. Kurti will not have the necessary votes [61] to form the government.
Vetevendosje has 29 deputies with minority communities, it turns out the number of votes for Kurti would be 49. Even with the 6 deputies of the Social Democrat Initiative, this political party would fail to form the government.
And if he failed in the first 15-day effort, then the Constitution under the 2014 Act [Rastin No. KO10314] in connection with the case had said ten more days would be offered for another candidate under the same procedure.
So the Constitutional Court had clarified that Kurt may have only one chance to form his government, and I can do that in 15 days.
President of the Republic of Kosovo, in this case Mr. Hashim Thaci, has in his discretion whom to offer the opportunity to form the government after Mr. Kurt.
